I need a new hair cut..?

i am 16.. i have brown hair and eyes.. round face full cheeks..

i really want to update my look i have been wearing my long hair since h.s. and now im in college now i want something new..i want a new haircut any cut raging from medium-long.. something which can give me a drastic change.. i've had my hair rebonded so i'm quite hesitant for a new cut.. help me pls..

I think you should get some faint highlights and get it layered
