my three months two weks babys hair is falling. when can i sahve his head hair , i mean first cut of head hair?

Many babies' hair starts to fall out around this age. It will eventually grow back, and may be replaced by hair that is a different color, or texture. Technically, you can cut a baby's hair at any time, in fact, Indian parents cut their daughter's hair very early because it is said to cause her hair to grow back in fuller.

Light-skinned and light-haired babies often don't have a full head of hair until they are about two years old.

Hair falling out on a little one is normal. I wouldn't give them a hair cut before he's at least a yr. old though %26amp; able to sit up by himself well %26amp; definitely not a shave as their little head is tender and easily cut. The hair will grow back in no time %26amp; often is totally different. He's a baby. Don't worry about his hair unless it's falling out because he has cradle cap which is very obvious. If he is get a dr. to treat it. Otherwise let it go. Most cosmetologists won't do a child under 2.

As soon as you want to, maybe you could get it done now and then as he gets older he will be used to having it done and wont be as scared as children get.

I wouldn't cut his hair at this age. It is normal for a baby's hair to fall out. It's their baby hair they were born with that's coming out and being replaced with new hair. It happens with every baby and it'll stop falling out soon. My son had a complete bald spot on the back of his head when his hair started falling out at 2 months of age. Because he laid on his back, the back of his head was rubbed against and made the hair come out faster, but it quickly grew back in about a month after it had all fallen out. I would suggest getting a soft bristle baby brush and just brushing through his hair 3 or 4 times a day. This will help catch any loose hairs and help speed up the process of it coming out, then he'll be able to grow his new hair in sooner. But don't shave his head. You should wait until he's old enough to sit up on his own.

I had to shave my son's head because he was getting dreadlocks in that brillo-pad-like spot in the back of his head, they looked like antennas lol. I didn't want to shave it all of because he has beautiful hair so I gave him a mohawk. But anyway you don't want to use clippers because they are too loud. I used a moustache trimmer, it's very quiet and safe for a baby who's moving all around.

You can cut the hair or shave your baby's head whenever you want...a friend of mine had his baby's head shaved before they got out of the hospital when baby was born!!! Most babies will grow more and stronger hair after the shaving. Mine did. And most of the hairless spots in his head are gone forever after we shaved his hair.
